The photos on this website bear no resemblance to the room we stayed in, which was dark, dirty and smelled of drains. Standard rooms have no windows. Bathroom so mouldy that we went and out and purchased rubber sandals before using. Towels threadbare and grey. "Tea bag" and "coffee" both 3-in-1. Only one of each and one small bottle of water provided, despite booking a double room. Disgusting hotel with unhelpful staff. Cancelled the extra days we had planned to stay.

I don't even count how many times I've been staying here . the first time staying in family room, the room is HUUUGE and comes with a bath tub . For this time, cleanliness definitely could be much improved . Found (many) trash the previous guest left inside the drawer, also the cleaning person forgot to pick up the blankets inside the cupboard, from previous guest as well . Then when I looked for things fell under the bed, my oh my the dust :( Cleanliness aside, the front desk staffs were great as always .. especially Rahman who always helps us when we stay there . Celvin helped us with check in this time and I also thank the guy with glasses (I'm sorry I didn't know his name) who came and picked up the trash, blankets & apologized . Will still return to stay @ 81 Dickson 'cause of Rahman & his team . The other Pros, of course will be its location that makes getting around SO VERY EASY, rooms aren't too cramped even the cheapest one unlike many other hotels in Singapore and they are sufficient as well . Hotwater in the shower works well, and you can refill your water bottle there's a machine at level 1 . Gotta keep hydrated ^^

Served by Mr. Rahman in hotel 81 dickson is very good The rooom is clean and comfy, located in center singapore, near bus stop and mrt station so we can easily go anywhere with any transportation and many food near this hotel

I stayed 2 times in November 2023. The first checkin is on the 12th and the second checkin is on the 17th. Firstly, the location of Hotel 81 Dickson is very strategic, close to the MRT station, bus station, 24 hour laundry and affordable places to eat. The condition of the room at first check-in was a little disappointing because the room was dusty, especially in the room roof ventilation area. Second checkin, the condition of the room was cleaner than before, but when we put the AC on low the next morning we woke up to the condition of the room floor being wet. We checked out, continued our journey to Penang - Malaysia and returned to this hotel again for 2nd stay, then we were allowed to leave our luggage at Hotel 81 Dickson. very helpful! Thank you All

Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights in Hotel 81 Dickson, not to rate the hotel or the bed, but service is excellent. Meanwhile the hotel was near with bus stop and MRT. I was served by Mr. RAHMAN, he offered so much helps from making sure my packing are all good, even helped me borrowing the luggages for me waiting go to the airport.
